FITspiration & LILTC
Throughout Kelly's six chemotherapy treatments she asked her family and friends to "Spread the Love" by doing a Random Act of Kindness (RAK) and posting about it on her facebook page so she would have something positive to read while receiving treatment that day. After the six sessions were over LILTC has continued the tradition and designated the 16th of every month as Spread the Love Day! We encourage our LILTC friends to send us their RAKs via FB, Instagram or on the blog. "Let all you do be done in Love." 1 Corinthians 16:14
